British Transport Police (BTP) are appealing for witnesses following an assault at Clapham Junction railway station that left the victim with significant facial injuries.
Incident details
The incident occurred at around 5.30pm on Wednesday August 19, when a man alerted station staff that another man had pushed through the barriers at the station.
In response, the attacker punched the man who had reported him twice in the face, causing significant facial injuries which required hospital treatment.
Appeal for information
BTP officers investigating the assault have released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the attack.
