Police dogs and officers were called to a Bolton street after children were reported on scaffolding late on Thursday night (October 2). Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said it responded to reports of children on scaffolding at Manchester Road between 10pm and 10.30pm.
A force spokesperson said that when officers arrived at the scene, the youngsters had already left. Police were seen on Ash Street, near Manchester Road, with multiple GMP vehicles in attendance, and a police dog unit was pictured at the scene.
