Police are appealing to the public to help trace a teenager reported missing from the Cambusnethan area of Wishaw.
Last seen in Shotts
Hayden O'Neill, aged 17, was last seen in the Cove Crescent area of Shotts around 2pm on Wednesday, August 19. Following enquiries, it is believed he may have travelled by train towards Glasgow.
Description of Hayden
Hayden is described as white, around 5ft 10 in height, of slim build with short brown hair. When last seen, he was wearing a black Canada Goose jacket, a pair of blue Montirex shorts, a blue Montirex t-shirt and white trainers with white socks.
Police appeal
Inspector Stephen McBride said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Hayden’s welfare and enquiries are ongoing to trace him.
“We are appealing to anyone who may have seen Hayden or who has any information on his possible whereabouts to contact us as soon as possible.”
