A person has died following reports of a stabbing at Brent Civic Centre in Wembley. The incident took place at the civic centre on Engineers Way at approximately 2.25pm on Tuesday.
Emergency response at the scene
An ambulance crew, paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer were dispatched to the scene. The air ambulance also attended, according to emergency crews on site.
