New CCTV of Missing Golf Coach Stuart Kerr Released

Police Scotland has released new CCTV footage of missing professional golf coach Stuart Kerr, who was last seen on Tuesday, June 30, in Lanarkshire. The 53-year-old was captured on Glasgow Road leaving Chapelton and walking towards Strathaven at 7.06pm, with a further sighting in the Shawton Road area of Strathaven around 7.30pm.

Background on Stuart Kerr

Stuart Kerr is a well-known PGA Professional with over 30 years of experience. He spent 18 years as Head Professional at Strathaven Golf Club and currently serves as Operations Manager at Strathclyde Park Family Golf Centre. His family has not heard from him since his disappearance, which police describe as out of character.

Appearance and Appeal

Kerr is described as white, 6ft 1in tall, of slim build, with short brown hair and grey flecks. He was last seen wearing grey trousers and a black puffer jacket, and the released CCTV shows him carrying an umbrella.

Inspector Caroline Brennan said: "It is out of character for Stuart not to be in contact with his family and as time passes concerns are growing. I am appealing to anyone who has seen Stuart or a man matching his description to get in touch. I would also ask anyone in the area at the time who may have dash cam or private CCTV footage that could assist to contact us."
