Mystery flasher in fishnets and mini-skirt terrorises Bournemouth

Police are hunting a mystery flasher who allegedly exposed himself to two female dog walkers in Bournemouth, Dorset, leaving them distressed. The suspect was wearing fishnets and a miniskirt during both incidents.

Two incidents on Granby Road

The male suspect was seen strolling down Granby Road in the town on Wednesday. He allegedly exposed himself to a woman around 7am while she was walking her dog. He was then spotted flashing himself at another female dog walker in the area at around 8am.

Dorset Police are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward following the two reports this week.

Suspect description

The suspect is described as being white and of a slim build. He was reportedly wearing a short denim skirt, fishnet-style stockings, and a dark jacket at the time of both incidents.

PC Jamie Spry described the incident as “distressing for both of the victims”. He said that officers are now “carrying out enquiries to identify the person involved”.

Police appeal for information

“I am keen to hear from anyone with information that might assist our investigation or who saw a man matching the description given in the area on the morning of Wednesday, 2 September 2026,” he said.
