A mother has issued an emotional appeal for her 15-year-old son, who has been missing from Liverpool for a week, to come home.
Layton Poulton was last seen at around 1.15pm on Thursday, September 17. Extensive enquiries to find him have been ongoing since.

Layton is described as around 6ft 1in tall, of medium build, with short, dark brown hair, brown eyes and a fair complexion. When last seen, he was wearing a black puffer jacket, dark tracksuit bottoms and dark trainers.
He has links to Kensington, Liverpool city centre and North Wales.
Mother's appeal
Today, Layton's mum said: "I am really worried. This is out of character and I miss him so much."
Merseyside Police said that anyone who sees Layton should call 999 to ensure officers can find him safe and well. Sightings can also be reported via the force's website, or any other information can be passed to @MerPolCC or 101.
