Court appearance

The tragedy came days after Lewis Henderson, 27, appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court charged with allegedly breaching a non-harassment order. The order was imposed in April 2024, and court papers allege it was breached on multiple occasions between December last year and July 29, 2026.

Henderson also faces a charge of allegedly attempting to pervert the course of justice by factory resetting a mobile phone to erase data. He denied the allegations during his court appearance.

It is understood that Henderson was not arrested in connection with Nichola's death.

She will be sorely missed." Another said: "Heartbreaking. Thinking about her children and family. Nichola was a lovely young lady." A third added: "There are no words."
