Missing Teen May Have Taken Train to Manchester

Derbyshire Police have launched an urgent appeal to locate a missing 15-year-old boy who may have travelled to Manchester by train. Emerson was last seen at Chapel-en-le-Frith railway station in the Peak District at around 4pm on July 4, 2026. Officers believe he may have boarded a train to Manchester later that evening.

Description and Last Seen

Emerson is described as having a slim build and short, dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, light blue jeans, and white trainers. A photograph of the teenager has been released by police in an effort to trace his whereabouts.

Police Appeal

A Derbyshire Police spokesperson stated: "We are concerned for the safety of missing teenager Emerson." The force is urging anyone who sees him or has information about his location to come forward as soon as possible.
