Police have launched an urgent search for a missing 15-year-old schoolgirl who is believed to be with a man wanted on recall to prison. Chanelle was last seen at her home in Shropshire on Thursday, May 28.
Officers believe she may be in the company of 24-year-old Kyle Brayne, who was the subject of a West Mercia Police appeal in May after he became wanted on recall to prison. Brayne is known to have links to Birmingham, Baschurch, Shrewsbury and Telford.
West Mercia Police have stated that Chanelle may have travelled to Wales, but could also be in the Bridgnorth or Oswestry areas. They have warned that the pair could be anywhere in Shropshire or Wales.
In a statement, a police spokesperson said: 'Officers searching for missing teenager Chanelle believe she may be with wanted man Kyle Brayne. Chanelle, who is 15, was reported missing on Thursday, May 28, and it is believed she may be in the Bridgnorth or Oswestry areas with 24-year-old Brayne.'
The force has urged anyone who sees Chanelle or Brayne to call 999 immediately, and anyone with information on their whereabouts to call 101.
