A man who walked out of Aintree Hospital this morning has not been seen since. Dominic Lyons left the hospital on Lower Lane, Fazakerley, at around 4.25am today, Friday, October 2.
Police issue missing persons appeal
Merseyside Police have now issued a missing persons appeal. Dominic, 33, is described as a white male, 5ft 7in tall, with a slim build and dark brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a two-tone grey and black Berghaus jacket, black trousers and white trainers with black soles. He is known to frequent the Runcorn area.
How to report a sighting
Anyone who has seen Dominic is asked to call 999. Sightings can also be passed on via Merseyside Police's online form, or any other information can be given to @MerPolCC or 101.
