Police Search for Missing Professional Golf Coach Stuart Kerr in Strathaven
Missing Golf Coach Stuart Kerr Sought by Police

Police are searching for a missing professional golf coach who disappeared from a Lanarkshire town. Stuart Kerr, 53, was last seen around 7.30pm on Tuesday, June 30, in the Shawton Road area of Strathaven.

Background on the Missing Person

Kerr is a popular PGA Professional with more than three decades of experience. He previously spent 18 years as the Head Professional at Strathaven Golf Club and is currently serving as the Operations Manager at Strathclyde Park Family Golf Centre. He has been described as white, 6ft 1in tall, and of a slim build, with short brown hair flecked with grey. The golfer was last seen wearing grey trousers and a black puffer jacket.

Police Appeal for Information

Inspector Caroline Brennan said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Stuart’s welfare and encourage anyone with information to get in touch. He is known to frequent the Strathaven, East Kilbride and Hamilton areas.”
