Several people have been injured after a shooting in downtown Minneapolis in the United States. The incident occurred near an apartment block shortly before 5pm on Wednesday, September 2.
Police officers among the injured
The Minneapolis Police Department responded to the scene. The City of Minneapolis said the shooting involved "multiple victims, including two police officers." One officer was shot in the stomach and the other was hit in the leg, according to a local news outlet.
