A man dubbed the 'Mexican Spiderman' used a bowling ball to smash a window and help people escape a shooting at a California shopping centre.
Cristian Rodriguez was bowling at the Westfield Valley Fair in Santa Clara on Saturday when he heard shouting and gunfire from a neighbouring building.
Speaking to reporters, Mr Rodriguez said: 'I look around, I pick up the bowling ball, I like yank it and [the window] finally breaks.' He added that he hoped he would not be charged for the damage.

Three victims – a man, a woman and a 16-year-old girl – were discovered at the scene and taken to hospital with gunshot wounds.
