Merseyside Police have issued a public appeal to locate 34 wanted individuals, including Karl O'Hare, who has been sought since 2003 in connection with the murder of his father John and the attempted murder of his mother Diane. The force regularly publishes appeals for suspects who have evaded capture, including convicted criminals who failed to attend court, individuals who breached licence conditions and are wanted on recall to prison, and those who failed to answer bail.
High-Profile Case: Karl O'Hare
Karl O'Hare, 42, has been wanted since 2003 after failing to appear at Liverpool Crown Court for a pre-trial hearing related to the December 11, 2002 attack at his home in Birch Close, Oxton. His father John was killed, and his mother Diane suffered serious injuries, eventually dying in 2019. In 2004, O'Hare's brother Mark Williams, then 25, was found guilty of manslaughter on grounds of diminished responsibility and attempted murder, receiving a life sentence. Williams was found hanged at Ashworth Hospital in 2014. O'Hare is described as white, 6ft tall, with short brown hair and a goatee when last seen, and has links to Northern Ireland and Scotland. The public is advised not to approach him but to call 999 immediately.

The list includes Catherine Norris, 43, from Southport, wanted for failing to appear at Liverpool Crown Court for drug offences. She is 5ft 9in, slim, with blonde hair and blue eyes, and has tattoos including 'LFC' on her left wrist. Baylee Elliott, 21, from Hunts Cross, is wanted on recall to prison for breaching licence conditions after serving a sentence for supplying cocaine, cannabis, and ketamine. He is 5ft 9in, medium build, with light brown hair and blue eyes, and frequents Speke, Hunts Cross, Halewood, Walton, and Huyton.
Jake Eddleston, 29, from St Helens, failed to appear at Liverpool Crown Court for possession with intent to supply class A drugs and possession of criminal property. He is 6ft 4in, heavy build, with short brown hair and blue eyes. Jemin Oka, 38, failed to appear at Liverpool Crown Court for an identity card offence; he is 5ft 6in, medium build, with dark brown hair and brown eyes, with links to Dovecot and Lathom, Lancashire.
Recall to Prison Cases
Several individuals are wanted on recall to prison after breaching licence conditions. Hung Van Dinh, 30, a Vietnamese national, breached his licence after serving a sentence for drug offences; he is 5ft 5in, medium build, with black hair and brown eyes, with links to St Helens. Peter Neary, 42, from Liverpool, breached his licence after serving a sentence for aggravated burglary; he is 5ft 10in, slim build, with a Liverpool accent. Lee Hickman, 39, is wanted for failing to adhere to his licence conditions; he is 6ft 1in, with blue eyes and a Liverpool accent. Anthony Akins, 35, from Knowsley, failed to attend appointments after serving a sentence for conspiring to supply cocaine and heroin; he is 6ft, heavy build, with short black hair and uses a wheelchair, with links to Huyton, Roby, Prescot, St Helens, and Ellesmere Port.

Michael Gallagher, 38, from Tranmere, breached his licence after serving a sentence for burglary; he is 5ft 6in, medium build, with brown eyes and short brown hair, with a Liverpool accent. Caiden Newman, 20, from Kensington, breached his licence after serving a sentence for possession of an offensive weapon; he is 5ft 7in, medium build, with brown eyes and black hair. Carl Fairfield, 49, from Fazakerley, breached his licence after serving a sentence for selling cocaine; he is 5ft 4in, large build, with short brown hair and blue eyes, with links to Fazakerley, Croxteth, and Norris Green.
Jordan Rule, 24, is wanted for failing to comply with a suspended sentence; he is 5ft 9in, medium build, with mousey hair and blue eyes, with links to Liscard, Seacombe, and Birkenhead. Daniel Humphreys, 29, from Netherton, breached his licence after serving a sentence for possession of a firearm; he is 5ft 9in, slim build, with short brown hair and blue eyes, with links to Walton, Netherton, and Southport. Jack Ross, 33, from Belle Vale, breached his licence after serving a sentence for drug supply; he is 5ft 10in, medium build, with dark brown hair, brown eyes, and a beard. Jack Jeremy Wymer, 31, from Kirkby, breached his licence after serving a sentence for conspiracy to supply drugs; he is 5ft 6in, medium build, with short brown hair and hazel eyes, with links to Liverpool city centre, Knowsley, and St Helens.
