
A major police operation is underway after a woman was found dead in a west London park, with detectives treating the death as suspicious.
Officers were called to the scene in the early hours of the morning following reports of an unresponsive female. Despite paramedics' efforts, the woman was pronounced dead at the location.
Urgent Investigation Launched
Metropolitan Police have launched a murder investigation and are appealing for witnesses. A cordon remains in place as forensic teams conduct a thorough examination of the area.
Detective Chief Inspector Sarah Jones, leading the investigation, stated: "We are treating this as a suspicious death and are following several lines of enquiry. A dedicated team of officers is working round the clock to establish what happened."
