A large police and ambulance presence was reported on Market Street in Manchester city centre this morning following an incident.
A cordon has been set up around the Market Street tram stop, and tram services have been disrupted. According to the Bee Network, no trams are operating between Victoria and Piccadilly. Services are running Bury to Victoria and Ashton to Piccadilly.

The Bee Network posted on X: "Due to a police incident at Market Street, there is no tram service operating between Victoria and Piccadilly. Services will operate Bury to Victoria and Ashton to Piccadilly."
