A man in his 40s has died after being found shot inside a vehicle near a nursery in east London. Police were called to St Bartholomew’s Road in Newham at around 3am on Tuesday, August 18, following reports of gunshots being fired.
Murder investigation launched
Officers arrived at the scene to find the man with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A murder investigation has been launched, and police have cordoned off the area as forensic teams carry out examinations.
