Witness Describes Scene

A person who passed the scene on Sunday morning said: "There's a police car sat outside with officers in it. On the pavement it's marked as 'do not cross'. There's a blue tarpaulin with cones on top of it which it looks like they are guarding. The area is cordoned off by scenes of crime and they are guarding the blue tarpaulin on the floor, which looks like it's bulging or covering something."
