A man remains in a serious condition in hospital after being attacked with an e-bike outside a takeaway in Dingle. The incident occurred on Park Road on Saturday, August 8, just before 10pm.
Attack and Arrests
Merseyside Police reported that six males attacked the man, who is in his 30s, with an e-bike. He was taken to hospital, where he remains in a serious but stable condition, as confirmed by the force on Monday, August 10.
Four teenagers have been arrested in connection with the attack. A 16-year-old boy from Wavertree was arrested on suspicion of section 18 grievous bodily harm with intent. Additionally, a 14-year-old boy, a 13-year-old boy, and a 15-year-old boy from Liverpool were arrested on suspicion of section 18 wounding with intent. All four have been conditionally bailed pending further enquiries.
