Body Found in Shallow Grave in Search for Missing British Beautician in Jamaica

A body has been discovered in the search for Karen Cleary, a 44-year-old British beautician who went missing in Jamaica on November 25. The remains were found buried in a shallow grave in the Boscobel, St Mary's area, according to local reports.

Karen's partner, Andy Kane, 56, flew to Jamaica after she stopped contacting him. He announced the grim news on Facebook, stating that Jamaican police had recovered her body after a painstaking search. A labourer has been arrested on suspicion of murder.

Karen, originally from Jamaica, had lived in Islington, north London, for around 20 years. She had travelled to the Caribbean island to build a dream home for herself and Mr Kane. Her disappearance was described as 'totally out of character' by her partner.
