A man has been arrested and charged following a crash that closed a section of the M4 near Cardiff on Friday evening.

Emergency services were called to the scene between junctions 32 and 33 of the westbound carriageway at around 8.45pm. An eyewitness described it as a "really bad accident".
The westbound carriageway was shut while police dealt with the incident, causing traffic to build for miles around.
Police update
South Wales Police confirmed on Saturday morning that nobody was injured in the crash. A man has been charged on suspicion of drink driving.
A spokeswoman said: "We received several reports at around 8.45pm last night of a collision involving two vehicles on the westbound carriageway of the M4 between junctions 32 and 33. No injuries were reported. Philip Johnsey, 63, of Magor, Newport, has been charged with driving a motor vehicle with alcohol above the prescribed limit."
Johnsey has been released on bail and is due to appear at Cardiff Magistrates' Court on September 22.
