Gunshots were heard after a huge fight broke out between a machete-wielding group in south London, it has been reported.

The shots were reported in an area of south London following calls about a group fighting in the street on Friday night (August 7), according to MyLondon.
Police were called to an 'altercation' on Galpin's Road, in the Thornton Heath area of Croydon, shortly after 8.30pm.
Witnesses and police response
Witnesses described seeing a group of machete-wielding men who were thought to be chasing another man, the Metropolitan Police said in a statement. A gun was then fired, prompting a number of emergency calls.
No one was found to be injured at the scene, police confirmed.
Arrests made
Officers have arrested four men, aged between 19 and 24, on suspicion of affray. They remain in custody, pending further enquiries.
