The victims of a fire in Grangetown, near Middlesbrough, have been named and pictured for the first time. Valentine Foster, aged seven, and Natalie McDonald, 34, died in the blaze this morning.
Arrests made
Police have arrested two men, aged 23 and 31, on suspicion of murder. The two men remain in police custody.
The fire is feared to be a gangland revenge attack linked to the A66 crash.
