A 16-year-old girl who died following a collision outside her school in London has been named and pictured as Melissa Premaratne.
Melissa was struck by an Addison Lee taxi on North Road, Highgate, shortly after 8am yesterday. She died at the scene.
Collision details
The incident occurred outside Highgate School, where Melissa was a pupil. Emergency services attended but she was pronounced dead.
