Police seized drugs, cash and other items during a dawn raid on properties in Perth city centre. Warrants were executed at properties on New Row on Thursday morning, August 27.

Following a search of the properties, a quantity of drugs, cash and other items was seized. No further details about the value or type of drugs seized were released by police.
Video shows police preparation
In a video shared on social media, police can be seen preparing for the raid around the corner from one of the properties. Some officers are wearing protective clothing and can be seen with tools to break in if necessary. Once ready, the group of nine officers cross the road and make their way down the street towards their intended target.
Enquiries ongoing
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “On the morning of Thursday, August 27, officers executed warrants at properties on New Row, Perth. A quantity of drugs, cash and other items were seized.“Enquiries are ongoing.”
