A violent crack addict, covered in blood and brandishing a knife, launched a frenzied attack in the heart of Westminster, leaving a man seriously injured before armed police intervened.
Eyewitnesses described scenes of chaos as the assailant, reportedly high on drugs, stabbed his victim multiple times near a busy London street. The attacker then turned his aggression towards responding officers, forcing them to deploy a Taser to subdue him.
