Police and mountain rescue teams are searching for a missing Northumberland man after an incident in the early hours of Saturday morning. Northumbria Police has issued an appeal for information to locate 22-year-old Liam, who was last seen heading towards Wylam from Wylam Bridge shortly after midnight on August 15.
Description and last seen clothing
Liam is described as a white man, 6ft 3ins tall, of medium build with dark hair. He has tattoos down his right arm. He was last seen wearing black joggers, black Nike trainers, a black t-shirt with white text and a diamond logo on the back, and a gold chain.
Search and appeal for information
Extensive enquiries are ongoing to locate him, and officers and family are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare. A CCTV image showing the clothing Liam was last seen wearing has been released by Northumbria Police.
