Police were called to Primrose Hill at 20:26 on Friday, 31 July, after reports of a group fighting. Large groups of young people had gathered at the popular beauty spot, with online footage showing officers at the scene.
During the incident, some individuals threw bottles towards the police. One person aged under 18 was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker but was later de-arrested. A 16-year-old girl was found in possession of cannabis and will be given a community resolution.
A teenage girl believed to have consumed illegal drugs was taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service.

In a statement, the Metropolitan Police said: "Officers responded to reports of a group fighting on Primrose Hill at 20:26 on Friday, 31 July. During the incident, some individuals threw bottles towards the police. One person aged under 18 was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker but was later de-arrested. A second person, a 16-year-old girl, was found in possession of cannabis and will be given a community resolution. The group was dispersed."
Community concerns over antisocial behaviour
There have been community concerns about antisocial behaviour at Primrose Hill. In June, a dispersal order was issued to tackle crime and antisocial behaviour in the area.
The order, which lasted several days, gave police powers to ask individuals to leave if they had reasonable grounds to suspect they were contributing to public alarm, harassment, distress, or crime and disorder. The measure followed concerns about increases in antisocial behaviour during warmer weather.
