Emergency services rushed to a home in south Manchester this morning after reports of a medical incident involving a baby. Witnesses described seeing paramedics 'running' with the infant from a property on Platt Lane in Fallowfield.

An air ambulance, Greater Manchester Police, and multiple ambulances were seen at the scene. Neighbours reported a 'terrifying' scene as paramedics attempted to save the child. One neighbour said, 'It was terrifying. Very scary.'
