A woman has been arrested on suspicion of child neglect after a seven-month-old baby girl reportedly fell from a window in Whitefield, Greater Manchester.
Emergency services, including an air ambulance, were called to Gloucester Avenue on Monday evening. The air ambulance landed on nearby Victoria Park, off Bury New Road.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed the infant was taken to hospital, but her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. The relationship between the woman and the baby, as well as the woman's age, have not yet been confirmed.
