The 19-year-old's image has been released to help in locating him. He remains at large hours before Toronto is set to host its first match of the FIFA World Cup, with fans from around the world having flocked to cities across Canada and co-hosts Mexico and the US.

Police also thanked the public for their support after the death of Constable Marc Pinizzotto. Constable Pinizzotto was killed in the line of duty on Thursday, June 11. He was shot during a high-risk search warrant as part of a coordinated series of five warrants. During the incident, a suspect was shot by police and remains in hospital.

Nicholas Bennett, 19, of Toronto, will be charged with First Degree Murder in connection with the death of Constable Pinizzotto.

Jabbi remains outstanding, police added. Jabbi is wanted in connection with the March shooting at the US Consulate. "We recognize there are many questions. Given the ongoing nature of the investigation, there are limits to the information we can provide at this time. We will share further updates as soon as we are able," police said.
