Spanning over 90 minutes, the documentary retraces Thomas Randolph’s life, including his six marriages, the deaths of four of his former spouses, and the lengthy investigation that led to him being imprisoned. Randolph’s sixth wife, Sharon, was fatally shot in her own home in 2008 alongside Michael Miller. Despite Randolph, known as the Black Widower, claiming an intruder had broken in, police noticed evidence that did not add up.
Randolph was found guilty of two counts of murder in a retrial in 2023 and sentenced to a minimum of 60 years in prison. According to the documentary, his latest appeal was denied in September 2026.
