Officers from Durham Constabulary's Stanley Neighbourhood Team attended an unoccupied premises in The Leazes, Burnopfield, on Wednesday, June 24, following concerns raised by the community. Upon entry, they found around 1,000 cannabis plants being cultivated inside the address.
