A father-of-two who secretly recorded women through their home windows at night has pleaded guilty to 19 voyeurism offences.
Court appearance and charges
Anthony Durkan, 36, from Islington, north London, admitted the charges at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on July 21, 2026. Eighteen of the crimes took place last year, while one incident dates back to January 12, 2020. He had previously pleaded guilty to seven other voyeurism charges on March 26 at the same court.
Police investigation
Prosecutor Edward Kalber described Durkan, who has two children, as someone who "poses a real risk to women and girls in our communities". The Metropolitan Police said they are working to trace further victims after uncovering a concealed gallery on his mobile device "containing hundreds of images and videos of women".
