Protesters' Actions Contradict Their Claims
The group claimed to be protecting communities and improving safety for women and girls, but their actions revealed otherwise. Some were seen making Nazi salutes, despite claiming to be British patriots whose grandparents may have fought against Hitler.
Others targeted individuals based on skin colour. Takeaway driver Muhammad Jawad Yaqoob was attacked by a mob while working. A video shows objects hurled at him as masked cowards shouted “send them back”. Yaqoob told the Record he is now too scared to leave his house.
