Forensic teams have been spotted scouring a property in Glasgow after a man was stabbed on Monday afternoon. Emergency services were called to Crossbank Crescent in Toryglen at around 4.55pm on June 29. Police locked down the scene shortly after as investigations quickly began.

Victim Hospitalised After Stabbing

A 34-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment. The extent of his injuries is unknown at this time. Police Scotland confirmed that two men, aged 33 and 39, were arrested in connection with the incident but were later released pending further enquiries.

New images have revealed the extent of the police operation in the area. Forensic teams, clad in white suits, were spotted around a property on Crossbank Crescent. Officers could be seen taking photos and gathering evidence outside the home. Uniformed officers were also present supporting detectives at the scene.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 4.55pm on Monday, June 29, we received a report of a man injured in the Crossbank Crescent area of Glasgow. Emergency services attended and a 34-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment. Two men aged 33 and 39 were arrested in connection and released pending further enquiries.”
