Three men have been arrested in Swansea as part of a police investigation into the supply of Class A drugs in the city.
Plain-clothed officers from South Wales Police attended Cromwell Street, Mount Pleasant, at around 3.10pm on Tuesday, September 29. Officers were seen at the end of the residential street as the incident unfolded.
Arrests and searches
A spokesman for South Wales Police said: "A 20-year-old man from Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, was subject of a stop and search under section 32 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, following which he was arrested for being concerned in an offer to supply a Class A drug."
A 27-year-old man from Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, and a 34-year-old man from Swansea have also been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine, aggravated burglary with intent, and robbery.
Seized items and custody
"Quantities of suspected crack cocaine, cannabis, and cash were later found and seized during searches of a number of linked properties."
All three men are currently in police custody.
