Police rushed to a shopping centre in Japan after multiple people reported experiencing eye and throat pain. The incident occurred on June 8 at approximately 5:30 p.m. local time when a security guard at Mozo Wonder City in Nishi Ward, Nagoya City, contacted emergency services.

According to reports, multiple individuals suffered from eye irritation and coughing. Japanese news outlet NHK stated that five people, including both employees and customers, were transported to the hospital with mild symptoms. All affected individuals were reported to be conscious.
The facility noted that someone was coughing inside an arcade area on the fourth floor. Authorities, including police and firefighters, are continuing to investigate the situation to determine the cause and assess any potential risks.
