Two men have been arrested following the seizure of drugs worth an estimated £10 million in Glasgow. Police executed a warrant at an address on Balintore Street in the Shettleston area on Sunday, recovering a significant quantity of cocaine and heroin.
The suspects, aged 43 and 22, have been charged in connection with the recovery and are due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, December 22.
Assistant Chief Constable Stuart Houston described the seizure as one of the largest ever made in Scotland, highlighting the force's commitment to tackling drug supply. He urged the public to report any concerns via 101 or anonymously through Crimestoppers.
