A 13-year-old schoolgirl was allegedly sexually assaulted by a woman while waiting for a bus in Churchdown, Gloucestershire. The incident occurred at approximately 7:10am on Tuesday, 10 February, outside the Esso petrol station on Pirton Lane.
The woman is reported to have kissed the girl on the cheek before grabbing her arm as she boarded the bus. Police have arrested a 37-year-old woman from Gloucester on suspicion of sexual assault on a female in connection with the incident.
Gloucestershire Police are appealing for witnesses, particularly those who were waiting at the bus stop at the time. Officers believe several other people were present and are urging them to come forward.
