Victoria Potter, 35, has appeared in court to deny assaulting two police officers. She pleaded not guilty at Manchester Magistrates Court on Wednesday, September 30, to the offence, which allegedly took place in April this year.
Court appearance and plea
Potter, of Central Road, Trafford, spoke to confirm her name, age and address. She also spoke to give her plea, and to deny allegedly assaulting PC Howard and PC Bell while they were exercising their duty.
Next hearing and bail
She will appear at Stockport Magistrates' and County Court on October 20, 2027, after being granted unconditional bail.
