Teen dies in suspected stabbing in Milton Keynes murder probe

Thames Valley Police's Major Crime Unit has launched a murder investigation after a 19-year-old man died from suspected stab wounds in Milton Keynes. Emergency services were called to Bradwell Common on Sunday afternoon, July 5, at 4:23pm following reports of an altercation. The victim was rushed to hospital but later succumbed to his injuries.

Arrest made and appeal for witnesses

One person has been arrested and remains in police custody. The victim's next of kin have been informed, but formal identification and a post-mortem examination are yet to be conducted. Detective Chief Superintendent Ailsa Kent of the Major Crime Unit expressed condolences and urged the public to come forward with information.

Police are appealing for anyone who was in the Eelbrook Avenue area of Bradwell Common, particularly near the playground, between 3:30pm and 4:30pm on July 5 to contact them. They are also seeking CCTV, doorbell, or dashcam footage from the redway running parallel to H5 Portway during that time.
