A man has died after falling from a 15-storey seaside tower block in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, following reports from neighbours who heard a 'big scream' and 'glass smashing'.

Incident Details

Police were called to Grampian Tower at 6am on Friday morning after receiving a call that reported 'significant concern for a man outside the block'. Officers found the man just outside the building, where he was pronounced dead at the scene.
