A jury in the trial of Beau Lamarre-Condon has been shown CCTV footage of Jesse Baird at the Royal Hotel in Paddington.
Prosecution alleges misuse of police authority
The prosecution alleges Lamarre-Condon misused his authority as a police officer to obtain the CCTV footage of Baird with another man at the Royal Hotel in May 2023.

The footage was allegedly found on Lamarre-Condon’s personal devices.
