Cheshire Police said a woman was walking her dog from Clay Lane onto Sagars Road when she was confronted by the man. Before she got to The Link, she spotted a man staring at her. She then realised he had his pants down and was exposing himself while carrying out a sex act.
The woman carried on walking and reported it to police.

Resident's account
On the Wilmslow Hub Facebook page, one anonymous resident detailed the harrowing experience. The post read: "Women be vigilant in Handforth, I am horrified. Just after 7pm tonight (25th Aug) on Sagars Road I encountered a man exposing himself. Male, Asian in his twenties, dressed in all black with his hood up. I'd just come off a dog walk from Clay Lane."
"He was huddled up beside a resident's drive just near the end by Knowle Park. He pulled his pants down and started to, you know what, all with a smile on his face. Absolutely disgusted. Reported to police. BE CAREFUL."
