Drivers travelling on the M4 in Wales should prepare for disruption from Monday as a series of maintenance works will cause multiple closures. The affected areas include Rogiet, Llandarcy, Pentyla, Baglan, Taibach, Earlswood, Lon Las, Ynysforgan, and Groes.
Here is the full list of planned closures and diversions, as published by Traffic Wales:
Monday, June 15
Junction 43 Llandarcy eastbound – Cyclic maintenance will close the onslip and offslip from 7:30pm until midnight. Diversions will be in place.
Monday, June 15 to Tuesday, June 16
Junction 41 Pentyla/Baglan to junction 40 Taibach eastbound – Cyclic maintenance from 8pm until 2am, resulting in the closure of the onslip. Diversions will be in place.
Monday, June 15 to Wednesday, June 17
Junction 23 Rogiet westbound – Maintenance work from 8pm until 6am, resulting in road closure. Diversions will be in place.
Wednesday, June 17 to Thursday, June 18
Junction 38 Margam eastbound – Maintenance work from 8pm until 6am, closing the slip road. Diversions will be in place.
Junction 41 Pentyla/Baglan – Cyclic maintenance from 8pm until 6am, closing the exit slip road. Diversions will be in place.
Junction 42 Earlswood westbound – Maintenance work from 8pm until 6am, closing the exit slip road. Diversions will be in place.
Wednesday, June 17 to Friday, June 19
Junction 23 Rogiet eastbound – Maintenance work from 8pm until 6am, resulting in road closure. Diversions will be in place.
Thursday, June 18
Junction 44 Lon Las eastbound – Cyclic maintenance from 7:30pm until midnight, closing the onslip. Diversions will be in place.
Junction 45 Ynysforgan eastbound – Cyclic maintenance from 7:30pm until midnight, closing the offslip. Diversions will be in place.
Thursday, June 18 to Friday, June 19
Junction 39 Groes westbound – Maintenance work from 8pm until 6am, closing the entry slip road. Diversions will be in place.
