The M62 is partially blocked this evening (August 10) following an accident on the carriageway, according to traffic monitoring service Inrix.
The incident was reported at 5:30pm on the westbound carriageway between junction 20 (Rochdale) and junction 19 (Heywood).
Traffic Slow
The carriageway is said to be partially blocked with slow traffic moving through the area. Stills from motorway cameras show heavy traffic at the scene.
