Drivers travelling near the M4 at Cardiff are facing long delays this evening as heavy congestion builds on a major route. There are long queues on the A4232 towards Cardiff, with miles of congestion building.
The slowest traffic is near Culverhouse Cross, but queues are backing up towards the M4.
