KLM has extended its suspension of flights to and from Tel Aviv until August 31, 2025, due to the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel. The Dutch carrier initially suspended services earlier this month and has now prolonged the cancellation amid heightened tensions in the region.
The airline advised affected passengers to contact KLM for rebooking or refund options. KLM joins a growing list of airlines that have halted Middle East routes, including Air France, which suspended flights to Dubai and Riyadh until at least June 24, and extended its Tel Aviv suspension.
Other carriers such as Aegean Airlines, airBaltic, and Air Canada have also cancelled flights to various Middle Eastern destinations, citing security concerns. Passengers are urged to check with their airlines for the latest updates as the situation remains volatile.
